1. Definitions
In the Terms & Conditions the following definitions are valid:
The service provider: Cheryl Francken (owner and practitioner of "In Your Hands"), in possession of a Master degree Communications Science, the Diploma Nutrition and the Diploma Weight Consultant and the Certificate Hand Reflexology.
The client: the person to whom the service provider renders the service.
2. Scope of Services
Consultation:
The service provider can inform on nutrition, coach, and give Hand Reflexology sessions to clients seeking to improve their health and well-being. The service provider is not a substitute for medical advice and will refer clients to their medical professional if necessary.
The service provider can not guarantee specific results.
Location:
Services are provided in-person, at a practice in Sedgefield or at the client's home (free of extra km charge if within 25 km from Sedgefield, otherwise an additional R5 per km will be charged - for a trip to and from Sedgefield).
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for consultations are provided on the website inyourhands.co.za
Cash, Card payments and EFT payments are accepted.
Payments need to be done immediately after each consultation.
When the client fails to pay for the consultation, the service provider holds the right to ban the client from the practice for further consultations.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and truthful information about their health history and lifestyle.
Clients are expected to fill out the new client intake form before the first session, either online or at the practice.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or challenges they face in a timely manner.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a full fee for the missed session.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full fee.
6. Confidentiality
All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service provider provides coaching, information, guidance and support and gives Hand Reflexology sessions, but does not treat medical conditions, without guarantee for specific results or outcomes, as individual results may vary.
The service provider will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Amendments
The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions.
By engaging with the service provider at "In Your Hands", clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
